Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Steady Working website (steadyworking.com), strategy calls, content, paid advertising, follow-up, tracking, and other marketing services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Services Provided
Steady Working provides marketing services for qualified remodeling contractors, including but not limited to Meta ads, job-site creative direction, content editing, follow-up systems, tracking, and lead-generation campaigns such as our “$100k in Added Revenue in 90 Days” program. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement.
2. Strategy Calls
Strategy calls are provided as a one-time assessment at no cost. They are based on information you provide and publicly available data. Results are estimates and opinions for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future performance.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Any examples, proof, or program names (including “$100k in Added Revenue in 90 Days”) describe historical or target outcomes, not guarantees unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competition, ad platform policies, follow-up speed, sales process, pricing, capacity, and the quality of your products or services. We do not promise specific rankings, traffic, leads, calls, booked estimates, contracts, or revenue outside written agreement terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when completing forms or speaking with our team.
- Not misuse our website, content, or intellectual property.
- Comply with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies when using our Services.
- Grant us access, permissions, and materials needed to perform agreed Services in a timely manner.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and marketing materials — is owned by Steady Working or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Content we create specifically for you under a paid agreement may be transferred or licensed to you as described in your service agreement. Until full payment is received, Steady Working retains ownership of deliverables.
6. Payment & Refunds
Service fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has begun or ad spend has been committed. Late payments may result in paused services. You remain responsible for direct ad spend charged by advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steady Working is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We manage advertising on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google. These platforms have their own terms, policies, and algorithms. We are not responsible for platform changes, disapprovals, account restrictions, or outages that affect campaign performance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms stated in the agreement. Upon termination, your access to ongoing Services may end, and any prepaid, non-refundable fees will not be returned.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nashville-Davidson County, Tennessee.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
